Welcome to the new and improved EZ/RC Address Locator! This site has been redesigned to more effectively serve the needs of EZ/RC communities.
The Address Locator allows you to find out if a business or residence is located within an Empowerment Zone or Renewal Community. This online tool can help verify if a particular location is eligible for the tax incentives offered in EZ/RC areas.  Both current and past designations are shown in the designation history.
