Map Library

This tool allows you to access the following map services:

• rental assistance locator: provides on-line access to information about public housing and maps of a variety of rental assistance programs at the community level.

• multi-family market maps: provides on-line access to information about HUD assisted multi-family properties and low-income tax credits and maps of a HUD assisted multi-family properties and low-income tax credits.

• local community development projects: provides on-line access to information about communities receiving funding and maps of local governments receiving HUD's Community Development Funding (known as CPD Entitlement Communities or Grantees) and the location of Local Community Development Projects funded through these governments.

• Healthy Communities Environmental Mapping (E-MAPS): provides on-line access to information on HUD's community development and housing programs with EPA's environmental data.

1. Click on the map service you want to use: a search criteria window will appear if the selected map service was rental assistance locator, multi-family market maps or local community development projects.

2. In the search criteria window, if relevant, select additional criteria for the query and click on Continue to Map. Available criteria are:

• rental assistance locator: program, reserved for elderly/disabled, number of units, maximum number of bedrooms,

• multi-family market: program, reserved for elderly/disabled, number of units, maximum number of bedrooms,

• local community development projects: activity category, funding source, funding year.

3. The current map is cleared, and the map corresponding to the selected map service/criteria is displayed.
